Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 9, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Digicadia collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit digicadia.com or buy our digital products.

1. Who we are

Digicadia (“Digicadia”, “we”, “us”) sells digital products such as ebooks, guides, programs, templates, and courses (the “Products”) at digicadia.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information when you visit the Site, click on our ads, or buy a Product.

Digicadia operates from Chile. Questions about this policy can be sent to help@digicadia.com.

2. Information we collect

Purchase information. When you buy a Product, you usually complete checkout on a third-party payment and distribution platform such as Hotmart, which processes your order on our behalf. The platform collects the information needed to process your purchase, such as your name, email address, billing country, and payment details. We receive limited order information (for example, your name, email, country, the Product you bought, order date, amount paid, and refund status). We do not receive or store your full card number.

Product usage information. If a Product is delivered through an online members’ area or app, the platform that hosts it may collect information about your access and progress.

Information you send us. If you email us or message us on Instagram or Facebook, we receive the information you include in your message.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, links clicked, the page or ad that referred you, approximate location, and the date and time of your visit. This is collected through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (see Section 4).

We do not ask for sensitive information (such as health information, bank account details, or government ID numbers) through the Site, and we ask that you do not send it to us.

3. How we use your information

• To deliver Products and communicate with you about your purchase (for example, the download link sent by the payment platform).

• To provide customer support and handle refunds, disputes, and payment issues.

• To measure how our ads perform and to show our ads to people who may be interested in our Products.

• To operate, secure, and improve the Site, and to prevent fraud and abuse.

• To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

• If you choose to receive marketing emails from us, to send you updates and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

4. Advertising, analytics, and cookies

We may advertise on social platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. To measure and improve our ads, we may use tools such as the Meta Pixel and Meta’s Conversions API on the Site. These tools collect information about your visit and the actions you take (for example, that you viewed a page or clicked a buy button) and send it to Meta. Meta uses this information to help us measure ad results, build audiences, and show our ads to people who may be interested in our Products. Meta may also use the information in line with its own Data Policy.

The Site may load third-party resources, such as fonts from Google Fonts. When it does, your browser connects to that third party’s servers, and your IP address is shared with it.

You can limit or opt out of this type of tracking by:

• adjusting your browser settings to block or delete cookies;

• changing your ad settings on Facebook and Instagram at facebook.com/adpreferences;

• using the opt-out tools at aboutads.info/choices and optout.networkadvertising.org.

Blocking cookies will not prevent you from buying a Product, but some parts of the Site may work differently.

5. Who we share information with

We share personal information only as described below:

• Payment and distribution platforms (such as Hotmart), to process payments, deliver Products, and handle refunds. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.

• Meta and other advertising platforms, through pixels and conversion APIs, for advertising measurement and delivery.

• Service providers that help us run the Site and our business (for example, website hosting and email tools), who may only use the information to provide services to us.

• Authorities and advisers, when required by law, to protect our rights, safety, or property, or to obtain legal and accounting advice.

• A successor, if Digicadia or its Products are sold or reorganized, in which case the information may be transferred to the new owner.

We do not sell your personal information in exchange for money. Some U.S. state privacy laws define “sale” or “sharing” broadly enough to include disclosing information to advertising partners such as Meta through pixels. To the extent that applies, you can opt out as described in Section 7.

6. How long we keep information

We keep order and support records for as long as needed to deliver Products, handle refunds and disputes, and meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations. After that, we delete or anonymize them. Data held by Meta, Google, or payment platforms is kept under their own policies and settings.

7. Your choices and privacy rights (United States)

Depending on where you live (for example, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other U.S. states), you may have the right to:

• know what personal information we collect, use, and share, and request a copy of it;

• correct inaccurate personal information;

• request that we delete your personal information;

• opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising;

• not be treated unfairly for exercising these rights.

To make a request, email us at help@digicadia.com. If you want to opt out of targeted advertising, include “Opt out” in the subject line. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and you may use an authorized agent to make a request for you. If we decline a request, you may ask us to reconsider by replying to our response.

Information held by payment platforms (for example, payment details) can also be requested directly from them under their own privacy policies.

8. Your rights in other countries

If you are in Chile, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another place with data protection laws, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, to request portability, and to withdraw your consent where we rely on it. In Chile, this includes the rights recognized by Law No. 19.628 and its amendments, including Law No. 21.719.

Where the law requires a legal basis, we process personal data to perform our contract with you (delivering your purchase), for our legitimate interests (running and securing the Site, measuring advertising, and preventing fraud), with your consent (for example, for marketing emails), and to comply with legal obligations.

To exercise your rights, email us at help@digicadia.com. You may also file a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. Payments are processed by third-party platforms such as Hotmart, not on our Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International data transfers

Digicadia operates from Chile, and our providers (including Hotmart, Meta, and Google) may process information in the United States, Brazil, Chile, and other countries. These countries may have data protection laws different from those where you live. By using the Site or buying a Product, you understand that your information may be transferred and processed in these places.

11. Children’s privacy

The Site and the Products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Links to other sites

The Site links to third-party services such as payment platforms, Instagram, and Facebook. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will give additional notice where required by law.
